We have several office assistant positions for hospitals in Harlem.
In this role you will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Essential Functions:
- answers telephone and directs the caller to appropriate associate

- takes and retrieves messages for various personnel

- greets and directs visitors

- assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Requirements:
-Two years of experience in a clinical setting

- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- professional personal presentation

- attention to detail

- customer service experiance
