The ideal candidate must be professional and reliable. Duties include managing work and non-work related paid and unpaid leave of absence. Liaison between employees and management. The Position will work closely with management and payroll staff. Must have excellent computer skills to include working knowledge of HRIS. Must have current knowledge of law and regulations that govern Family Medical Leave Act, N.Y.S. Short term disability and Worker's compensation. Must have a college degree or a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
