Unit Receptionist - Administrative
The ideal candidate will have some experience working a hospital. Computer literate to include Excel. Excellent Customer Service skills. Strong communications skills, able to handle lots of patient calls and provide excellent care.
M, W & F. Greet patients(P). Intake, obtain insurance and ID cards, answer phones, put charts together, schedule (P) for treatment time 3 times a week for an hour for 36 sessions cardiac rehab program, schedule stress tests, contact physician offices to obtain required medical information for (P) program entry, type class lists and keep up to date with daily list and associated insurance info, medical record management including applying labels to daily visit notes and filing, assist with other misc.
The shift is 7: 00 - 3: 00pm, must be flexible.
